- Is not responsible for any consultation, advice, communication, agreement, dispute, or outcome arising between users.
All legal services are provided directly by independent lawyers.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
To use NyaySar, you must provide accurate information while creating your account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must not impersonate another person or provide false information.
- You must keep your account details updated.
4. User Responsibilities
Clients / Legal Aid Seekers
- Provide correct and lawful information.
- Use the platform only for genuine legal needs.
- Make independent decisions before acting on any legal advice.
Lawyers
- Provide genuine credentials and truthful profile information.
- Maintain professional conduct.
- Ensure compliance with applicable professional and legal obligations.
- Remain solely responsible for the advice and services they provide.
5. Lawyer Verification and Public Visibility
NyaySar may verify certain lawyer details and KYC documents for platform access and public visibility.
- Only lawyers who are active, KYC-approved, and have completed required public profile details may be shown publicly.
- Verification by NyaySar does not amount to endorsement, guarantee, or certification of legal outcomes.
6. Consultations, Communications, and Agreements
All consultations, communications, and agreements between users and lawyers are directly between those parties.
NyaySar is not responsible for:
- The quality or suitability of legal advice.
- Missed appointments or delays.
- Disputes between users and lawyers.
- Any promise, assurance, or representation made by a lawyer or user.
7. Payments and Fees
Where platform-based consultation payments, service fees, or commissions apply, those will be shown through the platform or related communication.
- NyaySar may charge service fees, commission, or related charges.
- Refund, cancellation, and dispute handling may be governed by separate policies introduced by the platform.
- Payment processing features may evolve over time.
8. Prohibited Use
You must not use NyaySar for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
- Uploading false credentials or misleading information.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users.
- Attempting unauthorized access to the platform.
- Using the platform in a manner that harms NyaySar or other users.
9. Suspension and Termination
