It is not a fee for complete case handling, court representation, drafting, filing, documentation, notices, appearances, or any other legal work unless separately agreed between the client/legal aid seeker and the independent lawyer.

After the preliminary consultation, the client/legal aid seeker is free to decide whether to proceed further with the same lawyer, consult another lawyer, or take no further action. Any further professional fee, scope of work, timeline, documents, court appearance, drafting, filing, or case handling arrangement shall be solely between the client/legal aid seeker and the independent lawyer.
